This may already be known - I did a scan through the recent posts here and didn't see it, so thought I'd mention it. Apologies if this is a duplicate thread. I'm running an iPhone XS with the iOS 14.2 software, and when I launch the app on my phone, it immediately crashes. I just use the website for now, so not a big deal, but thought I'd report it if it wasn't known already.

I'm sirry your experiencing issues.
I primarily use this app downloaded onto my Samsung Note.
I've had not had any problems.

Oh, it's certainly OK, no trouble at all. I used to use it before upgrading to the iOS beta. These things aren't totally unexpected when running a beta. I just thought I'd report it before iOS 14 becomes the new standard OS on the iPhone.
 
Thanks for the feedback. There aren't a ton of people using the app, so we're trying to apply our limited resources to where it makes the most difference, which is the browser version of the site.

Hopefully we'll be able to also update / improve the apps (for both iPhone and Android), but for now we suggest peeps use the browser versions of the site :)

Just tried it. Didn't work at all lol. I actually have an Android.

I also love (loved - it's really gotten under my skin today) the app. Super convenient for mobile use and very easy to navigate.

We're still putting most of our efforts and resources into making the browser version of the site flexible enough to play nicely on all combinations of devices, operating systems, browsers, screen sizes, etc. etc. etc. (which ends up being a monumental task of almost endless combinations)... but is a bit "easier" to do with a browser-based site than apps

So, we're not going to abandon the BYC apps (android or iphone) but while we work out the bugs there, please use the browser version of the site, which should hopefully remove a lot of the issues that are had with the apps.
