This week we discovered bacon wrapped eggs. They are delicious.
- Preheat Oven to 400
- Cook bacon in skillet until it is cooked but not crispy.
- Line a Muffin tin with bacon, wrap it around and break it to fill the bottom
- Crack an egg into the tin (We've used an intact egg with separated white and yolk, egg white, and mixed egg and yolk
- Sprinkle cheese over the top and add spices (try onion and Italian seasoning, you can also try chives)
- Cook for 15 Minutes and Serve
