Bacon Wrapped Eggs

This week we discovered bacon wrapped eggs. They are delicious.

  1. Preheat Oven to 400
  2. Cook bacon in skillet until it is cooked but not crispy.
  3. Line a Muffin tin with bacon, wrap it around and break it to fill the bottom
  4. Crack an egg into the tin (We've used an intact egg with separated white and yolk, egg white, and mixed egg and yolk
  5. Sprinkle cheese over the top and add spices (try onion and Italian seasoning, you can also try chives)
  6. Cook for 15 Minutes and Serve
  7. EAT!!!
My boyfriend found it on and we thought it sounded neat! It's such a great customizable recipe that I had to share on here for all of the chicken people.
