Bad bad snake

So there's a black snake in the barn eating the hen eggs. Should I kill it? Everyone says that Black snakes are good snakes. My husband has been helping me with my hobby farm, since I broke my foot, and has told me there has been no eggs. Today the goats were screaming in the pen. I used the scooter and got down in the pen. I figured since I am here, I'll crawl in the barn and get the egg. So thats when Mr. No Legs and I met. 3 eggs. On in the snake and two in the nest. Proof husband is not checking. Goats are fine. I put up the chicken in the bunny hutch until we can figure what to do with the unwanted snake.
I had a couple of black snakes that came to the c. house for lunch daily. At first, I caught them and returned to my woods. Once they knew the route, though, I'd see them returning from the woods for eggs same time daily. So, I started Pam's Free Black Snake Delivery Service, dropping them off to people who don't have chickens and want mouse patrol. Sometimes, cats get old or lazy. The ones that don't find the chickenhouse, I don't worry about. I have 3 (freerangers) that lay on the carport. I made a deal with the b. snake that hangs out there, that he can have those, if he'll stay out of the chickenhouse, and leave the babies alone.

my chickens eat any snakes they can find.they seem to like the taste of them. my neighbors dogs have been ATTACKED BY MY HENS. it makes me kinda worried though that they are so aggressive.
What breed? I saw one of mine eat a cute tree frog the other day, but snakes, fire ants, stink bugs, stuff that I don't want, they just stare at.

I don't want any kind of snake around where I will working or walking. I am so petrified by them that I cannot move or speak. I have improved some. My husband knows how I am, so he tries to run the snakes off before I see them. Where we live the house across the street backs up to a swamp. I have had coral snakes, rattlesnakes, pygmy(sp) rattlesnakes, garter snakes, black snakes, and some little yellow snake. I am of the opinion that the only good snake is a dead snake.

If they are tiny or small snakes, Ernie Bird gets em. She's funny to watch.
She slurps them like a spaghetti noodle. The first time I caught her, I thought her tongue was hanging out. I don't know if she did eat a small poisonous snake, could she be harmed?
I highly doubt she will mess with Mr. No Legs. He's way to big. Have not seen the slippery theif in two days. Thank you God. I put Ernie Bird up in the bunny\coop tonight with food and water. I'm trying to train her to sleep here. It is safer, and has a roost and nesting boxes. I'm wondering how soon she will learn, Here is where I sleep, and where I lay my egg. She did not lay an egg today.

It originally was a chicken coop, but i felt it was two small for two chickens, and used it for a bunny hutch instead. The other chicken disappeared and at least Ernie Bird is safe in the coop/hutch tonight by the house. The bunny is in the house. He's spoiled.

He's a pretty big boy. I've had him for 7 years. He's safe and so now is Ernie bird. Gonna get the goat barn cleaned out tomorrow. Fresh hay and cedar chips. Preparing for the hurricane too.
