Well nobodys sick, so I should count my blessings but today just sucks....
I got up today and my one Remaining Jersey Buff Turkey hen was on deaths door under a Tom. I tried to save her but she didn't pull through. Also two peachicks I was nursing for some time gave up also..... I'm supposed to have surgery on Tuesday and today they told me I had to run around and get some blood work that was missed......Doc forgot to right exactly what was needed so i had to wait for awhile until they called back at the lab. Then when i got home, I found out that the GP puppy I'm suppose to pick up tomorrow has worms and she has to wait to get the health certificate, so I can't pick her up tomorrow..... WAAAAA I was hoping to have her to help keep my mind off surgery...I'm afraid to go outside..... I don't want anything else to go wrong. BOO HOO,....... ok I'm done......

Just go back to bed with a hot cup of cocoa and a good murder mystery. Then if you feel better later you can get back up and pretend the day just started. Can't hurt.

In the spring, come on up to Georgia and pick up a baby turkey or two from me...... I need to get a camera shot of our ladies pen for you.....I have a small flock of Jersey Buff, also some Bourbon reds, pencil reds and royal palms....I went turkey crazy this year....

Just love them sooo...
