Bad drakes!!

I'm still not sure how many drakes you have but it sounds like you have too many, I would suggest you either, Get rid of extra drakes, Get more hens, Or separate them..

2 drakes to 3 hens. Not enough hens, too many drakes I know. I do love those handsome drakes, so I wouldn't want to get rid of them unless I could trade one to get a really nice hen
