Bad Eggs

This is the second egg that looks like this in two days... This one had a noticeable shell and was in the nest box, the other one (yesterday) appeared to only have the membrane(?), and was in the yard. These are by no means first eggs by any of the hens, but we have found some really big misshaped ones (not first eggs either) a couple of times. I don't know what hen is doing this, or if it is even the same one. My question is, why? And how do I fix it?

Try adding more calcium to their diet. You can mix oyster shells into their feed and also given free choice.

Egg shell if ground small enough will add calcium but, some of mine started thinking eatting eggs was a good idea so, I don't do that anymore.
