Bad experience with reptipro 6000

We bought a reptipro 6000 3 months ago and just had our second batch of eggs/day old chicks fried when the temperature shot up to 140 in the middle of the night. Apparently there are other reviews of this happening due to a faulty seal and condensation shorting the wiring. We have been trying in vain to reach the company via phone and email with MANY attempts and they will not answer the phone or return our calls or emails. We are extremely frustrated!
