Bad eye chick

Hi, can anyone give me some advice on what to do please, my chick got some dirt in her eye yesterday from the dust bath & this morning it's looking a little gunky, is there anything I can do to help clear it out?

Hiya i suggest soaking a cotton pad with warm water sqeeze excess water out bath her eye gently keep doing it at regular intervals and see how she gets a long with that xxx
