I had a girl with a bad eye a few months ago (stupid drake). After treatment (I used bactracin for eyes) she looked just like yours. Her feathers around her eye fell out and it looked swollen. Over time though it all healed up. I think yours is on the road to recovery. It just looks worse before it looks better.

Has she been picked on or over mated? That can cause them to stay away. But I have to agree the eye looks to be healing. I’d keep up the treatments and maybe try the bacitracin for eyes too. Foamy eye is usually caused by not head washing which is very important with water fowl. Usually some ACV in their water can help clear it up as long as there is no underlying issues. So 1 Tablespoon of ACV into a gallon of water. Drinking it can help also.

Does he over mate her? Drakes can cause injury to eyes from grabbing hold to mate it’s not something they do intentional but they have to hold on an sometimes the eyes get caught. If she is his only female then there is always the possibility he is over doing it and maybe another reason she isn’t sticking around with the others. Does she lay? Do you know when was the last time?

If she is laying then she couldn't be really sick. But she may just need some vitamins to boost her up some. Sounds to me like you have the perfect gentleman in you drake. Hopefully she'll perk up and you can stop worrying. Watch to make sure no one is picking on her too. Keeping her away from food and water. Try some good poultry vitamins and see how she is doing after a week on them.
