They could fly, they're a bigger breed, @Miss Lydia said french whites are mostly used for meat, they have a huge wingspan but don't bother to fly, they have before and they still do, just don't fly in trees or anything like that.. they're pets and prefer looking in mirrors in the coop and eating

Maybe not 22lbs but pretty sure he's over 10 lb and I only say that because my cat is 10 lb and he is quite a bit bigger than my cat and definitely feels at least double in weight when I pick the two up.

I am short so he's going to look bigger in my arms, but these pictures of me holding him were taken back in July and he's grown a lot since then!!

I was mostly straddling him pulling his wings tight with my knees not quite sitting on him but restraining him lol I didn't want to squish him I was worried about that even though he's huge

Yea it’s actually one of the best ways to restraining them with head facing away.
