Those pesky hawks! Interesting schedule you wrote about-- I'm seeing them here too and i have noticed the crows too. Glad your duckling pulled thru Duckins! What breed(s) are the b+w bibbed ducks in your profile pics? I will try today to post some pics of my b+w bibbed ducks! So cute! When our ducklings were little, I just left them inside unless supervised, because our pen is open roofed.

Does having dogs make any difference?

They are black Swedish lovely girls when I hold one she runs and washes my scent off its funny. Dogs I don't think so got a 110 lb Doberman 25 ft away from their run and hawks pay him no mind but I do have chick wire and tarps on top but they wait till everyone's out.
