Im so sorry to hear about Monkey, im very new here and not familiar with your kitty but my heart goes out to you.
 
So sorry for your loss. It is hard to keep a kitty inside. Mine sneaks out in the morning when I let the dogs out and I am so afraid that she will not come back. It looks like she had a good home while she was here and a fantastic duck buddy.
