bad poop

I have 5 chickens, one has been pooping like this for a few days. Should I worry?

Just one of your chickens it pooping like this?

I am guessing shes not feeling well.
It could be caused by shock, stress, injury.....

Are the other hens picking on her? is she laying eggs?
