They are already talking about that storm here in Atlanta. They say if it holds together ~ to brace. Big storm with 80 mph winds.

Suppose to hit here between 5 & 7 this afternoon.

I'm in KY too, it was one narley of a storm, looked bad for abit.
I too am tired of all the rain, trying not to complain, with folks havin' water shortages and all lately. But Good day long ... my works backyard is a pond now

. My garden looks great though

. Grass ..that is another story

. I'm glad nobody was hurt.

Ol'FashionHen That's funny, my yard looks great(other than needing cut) and my flowers in the flower pots look wet and sick. Lol And we usually let the ducks out for a quick swim in the creek supervised of course, but today they'd be washed away!!

GaNewChick Hope it breaks apart before then!! We heard a CRACK! Then I looked out the window, saw the tree, wasn't sure which way it was going to fall, then chased the kids to the basement! SCARY STUFF! Hang in there!

maplesky7 This didn't start as rain drops, it was an all of a sudden GUSHER! We were watching TV and lost satalite signal then the winds then the rain then the CRACK! Lol, in that order, he-he...I'm tired of RAIN and STORMS and ICE( this past winter)! I'd move to Florida or somewhere if it wern't for the hurricanes!

Thankfully as I post you are safe!!! We here in the UK are having rarther wierd weather (for us anyway - climate warning or what!)

we have had some glorious weather, heck it has been hot (did I say HOT! yep hot!!!!) then come the dark clouds high winds, and over 2" of big hailstones covering the yard! ouch, then flash floods, up to the bonnet of Range Rover vehicles in North Wales...Lord help the smaller cars!... today overcast, then whipping up of the wind, at the moment the sky is black........do I put the heating on..... I know that I feel cold!
