I do love the original King Kong, and Mighty Joe Young.Anything with early clay-mation is awesome.

Hey,noone here mentioned "Basket Case". That dude with a parasite brother he totes around inside a wicker basket. One scene he turned into claymation was the cheesiest.

There is a clay-mation monster that is out of this world in a comedy Sci-fi movie I hesitate to suggest---hard to find at times, but the title is "Flesh Gordon"

hehe, i remember my dh telling me about seeing that one late at night as he was passing by the old drive up theater!

never seen it but it did sound very um...bad heh

anything with Harry Housen was awesome to me as a kid! i still love to catch those old movies with his stuff in it! even the Wallace and Grommet stuff is fun to watch! sometimes you just can't help but stop and watch that stuff on SyFy on saturday nights when nothing else is looking interesting. you just need a good laugh at their cheesiness! now we only have NetFlicks so we can watch that stuff at any time!

I watched Basket Case way back when vcr's were new and mom and pop rental places were just popping up. Me and two friends were allowed to pick out a movie and looked for the creepiest horror they had. They probably had 100 video tapes in the whole store it was so new. Yep it was a harsh one.

For as bored as I am, woohoo, I get SyFy channel. I've been watching HORRID Syfy movies and I'm sooo happy.

They all seem the same in the end, but it's amusing watching the stupid while it's on.

Seen that one, my sister loved it

But it was kind of good in a cheesy way.

When this first came out, "select" theaters had random seats wired with electricity to deliver mild shocks to the unknowing person in the seat. Remember the scene where the tingler was loose in the movie theater? You got it!

OMG The Lost Skeleton of Cadavra was cheese-o-licious. We laughed our butts off watching it. And guess what there's a sequal as well.
