These were at Atwood's too, it was hard. I have been looking for muscovys everywhere. I have some reserved finally in the hopes that they are fertile and hatch, lol.

Oh boy, I'm glad I'm not having all those problems you people are having at TSC. Nope, none here! When they told me I would have to present I.D. I decided they lost my business.
I mean, ya know, the people at my local, even closer feed store were happy to order me 12 more chickies!!! Hee Hee!!! Let's see 12 plus 17 plus 7 equals... Nope! No problem Here!

You guys are too funny! This is my first post on this forum, I'm so glad I found this site full of people as weak as myself! Last Thrus. we brought home 2 chicks from TSC, 4 more that same afternoon from our feed store and I desperately want to go back to search for a couple GLW's! I only have 6 after all!!

I have the same problem. We have 58 chicks in the brooder. Went looking for goslings, they didn't have any, but TSC had ducklings. Came home with 6 of those!! Then finally found goslings, went to get them, they had turkey poults, so ended up with 4 goslings and 2 turkey poults. Now my local feed store is getting easter chicks on tuesday and I just feel I have to go rescue a few of those. I can give them a good home after the novelty wears off, right?? So maybe 10 or 12 more won't make a difference!! Then my hubby said, "Let's buy an incubator!!" Who am I to tell him no! I say, "Let's buy one and build a great big cabinet style one!!!" I don't have a problem though!!

I've walked out of TSC and a local feed store without chicks. I've come close and I'm not sure how I did it but I did! LOL

YAY for me!!

But then again, I do have eggs in the 'bator getting ready to hatch next week. ROFL!!

We are soo glad to here that we are not the only ones! I have bought 60 chicks from tractor supply so far... I always find an excuse to go in..... Need Feed, Need wood chips, I wonder if anything is on sale? But what is so bad is I really dont need any more.... I have hatched 112 out of my incubator.... And still have about 200 eggs still in..... Can we say Popcorn machine?

I went into tsc yesterday to ask when they were getting chicks and came out with 3 peking ducklings!

I went to TSC today. Chicks coming in sometime this week.
Self Control.

I have 12 birds coming lateer this month/early May. I wont have space for the TSC chickens.

Maybe a couple meat birds wont hurt....
