baked potatoes?

I know I have read somewhere that potato peels themselves can be harmful to chickens. I have some leftover baked potatoes from dinner last night-can they have them or would it be best to just throw them to our potbelly pig?

I say it will be fine. I give my birds raw potato skins... they just ignore them if they don't want it.
