Where do turkey eggs fall into all of this?
So far I've noticed that the yolk seems about the same as chicken but there seems to be more white.

any experience cooking with turkey eggs?

They are good scrambled. Like a chicken egg to me.

we used some in cookies... seemed good to me but as the eggs get bigger I notice a lot more whites than yolk. Wonder if that trend will continue
