This is my first year baking with fresh eggs versus super market eggs. Actually, I've never even cracked one yet! Dh made quiche from the eggs last week, so I know how yummy they are though! Tomorrow, I'll be baking about abajillion cookies (well, enough top use about 18 eggs, if I don't go get store bought ones . It's there any tips I'll need to know? Should I just follow the recipe exactly and it'll just come out tasting yummier? Any particularly good recipes for cookies? I want to make the most out of my eggs, I'll be giving as many as possible to everyone in my family! Thanks!
