This is my first year baking with fresh eggs versus super market eggs. Actually, I've never even cracked one yet! Dh made quiche from the eggs last week, so I know how yummy they are though!

Tomorrow, I'll be baking about abajillion cookies (well, enough top use about 18 eggs, if I don't go get store bought ones . It's there any tips I'll need to know? Should I just follow the recipe exactly and it'll just come out tasting yummier? Any particularly good recipes for cookies? I want to make the most out of my eggs, I'll be giving as many as possible to everyone in my family!

    Thanks!

Most recipes are for large eggs so make sure yours are or adjust accordingly.

You use them just like eggs.

Thanks guys! I know it must have sounded like a dumb question, but I've read about hard boiled eggs bring hard to peek so didn't want any surprises tomorrow! [IMG]

Any recipes for cookies that will out do mom's cookies? I have one secret weapon (Andy's mints chips to user in chocolate chop cookies), but I wanna out do her! [IMG]

    Thanks!
