Bald around vent with really dirty feathers down to the legs.

Our leghorn is about 2 yrs. old now. She is very active, eats well and gives us an egg a day. Problem. Her butt is in terrible shape. She is bald around the vent and what feathers that are left are really dirty down to between the legs. She doesn't seem to have mites or lice. Could it be urine scald and if so, how can I remedy it?

could be worms! treat her to be on the safe side, do you put acv in her water? and give her a poultry tonic
