Bald bulge on shoulder of chick

My week-2 week old chick has a bald lump under his wing. Only one wing, not the other. None of the other chicks have it. He’s been acting normally, eating, drinking, etc. Chick starter feed and electrolytes in water.

It looks like some kind of cyst/ganglion?? Joint fluid that has leaked out.
If the chick is acting normal as you said I wouldn’t be too worried and would just monitor for now.

I forgot to add, there are some crusty feathers around it, too.

Nope. The chick is still doing well and showing no signs of discomfort. The place we got the chick from suggested an epsom salt bath, which I did, but didn’t seem to change anything. Well, for now we just continue to watch the chick.
