Bald spot on lower back of hens

Wondering why my hens have a bald spot on the lower end of theirback. I saw online that chickens can molt around 18 months old but they are only around 12 months. Also with this time of year they shouldn’t be molting. I do have a rooster and maybe thought that was the cause but my rooster is a Bantom and my hens aren’t. Almost every hen has it. Is it a disease? Or pecking?
