bald spot on my chickens head?! not molting

hi guys, I went out to see my chickens today and noticed that one of my chickens has a bald spot on her head. She is not molting but I do have one chicken who has been molting these last two weeks. She is the lead chicken which makes me concerned that she might be pecking her in order for her to “look the same” or “feel good”. all the other chickens are done melting and the one with the bald spot never gets packed on so that’s why I’m confused. i’m going to guess our “lead chicken” she’s only had a problem pecking one of our chickens and we had to get rid of her for many reasons ( she’s a cinnamon queen and the only one that’s molting right now

NayNay, my australorp, is dealing with the same issue. I was blaming it on the rooster but witnessed one of the polish girls pecking her when they were settling in for the night. They get along really well when they're in the yard.
