Ball on eye??

Sorry for the title but I have no idea what to call this, however one of my 3 week old chick has this on her eye?
Can someone please advise what this could be and how to treat it? Thanks

Where are you located in the world?

Are both eyes affected? Fowl Pox comes to mind but hard to know exactly what that is.

I agree it looks a bit like possible fowl pox, a virus spread by mosquitoes. Where are you located? Do you have active mosquitoes?
