Crop bra/extra nutrition

Symptoms are: completely pendulous atrophied crop. Sags to her knees. She's a 1.5 on the keel chart. She's about 2-3 pounds. Full grown hen.
Her crop has never worked right, but she definitely took a turn for the worse in the last 6 months.

No way! She’s all mine. This is actually very ironic, but guess what nickname I gave her quite a while ago.... My Favorite Chicken That’s what I call her sometimes. She’s not even my true favorite, but that’s just her nickname.

Also, what would her color be considered? She’s not pure white. She has a tan-ish color to her. Just wanting to know for when we show her at fair.
