Can i have adult silkies (bantam) and standard adult chickens in same coop. Are my standards going to kill the Silkies when i introduce them?

Do you have a rooster in either group? Standard rooster and silkie hen sounds like a bad idea to me....

I have 5 standard hens, and 5 bantams. 2 of the bantams are Seramas, one of which is a roo. Mine all get along great. I did have one really mean hen, who was horrid to everyone. She is gone. I think it depends on the temperment of your birds. If they are farily easy going, I don't think you will have a problem. Just make sure they have "get away" areas, if needed.

I also have one EE chick which all 3 bantams are rasing. None of my other chickens have bothered the baby, at all.

I have small medium and large and they all get along....mostly....just give them room to run....most of my little bantams are fierce and will take on anyone that gets in their way...I have two that are broody...sitting on a dud eggs...Ones a bantam and no other chicken has laid in her nest box meanwhile next door to her theres another broody standard size hen sitting on dud eggs also ...and she has everyone sharing her nest box..
