Bantam! Brahma or Cochin?

Picked from a local rural king out of their bantam bin. I can't tell what kind of comb it has yet because it's so tiny. I looked on the site where they listed what breeds they have, while it doesn't say they sell light Brahma bantams, they also had blue, white and mixed Polish in the same bin where I picked this one out and those aren't listed on the site either. I'm aiming for more Cochin bantams, not Brahma. Can someone help???

Could I mix it with my Cochin? I have a blue Columbian cross rooster, if this one turns out to be female that is.

Why not? Some of my crosses have been my favorite chickens. It all just depends on your breeding goals.

Would you happen to know if crossing blue and black Columbian pattern will make more blue Columbian?

I would think it would be similar to BBS genetics, no? I could be WAY wrong. But according to that, blue and black would give 50% blue and 50% black.

Blue Columbian + Black Columbian = 50% blue Columbian 50% black Columbian

Blue + Black Columbian = 50% blue 50% black
