Best I can do... sorry for my big fat face, he’s just so squirmy that was the only way I could get a good shot. The comb is BARELY visible which is why I thought he was a she for so long

Can you get a close clear pic of his comb. I'm not seeing a single comb. I'm thinking you've got a Cubalaya bantam.

You could be right. I'm so used to seeing OEG bantam males dubbed that I assumed that is what happened here, but it is a little early for that.

If it is a Cubalaya bantam, then that is a very rare breed. So I'd be interested to know where he came from.

I'm surprised by that, but that's great. Cubalayas are very attractive. He does look a little different in body type from OEGB.

That's what I was thinking as well. Body shape isn't quite right for an Old English. I hope we can get a good clear pic of the comb. That will settle it easily.

I got them from Southern States... a store just like Tractor Supply located in North Carolina.

I got him and also the Cochin Bantam with the feathered feet, together from the same bin... this is him at a few days old
