Best I can do... sorry for my big fat face, he’s just so squirmy that was the only way I could get a good shot. The comb is BARELY visible which is why I thought he was a she for so long

You could be right. I'm so used to seeing OEG bantam males dubbed that I assumed that is what happened here, but it is a little early for that.Can you get a close clear pic of his comb. I'm not seeing a single comb. I'm thinking you've got a Cubalaya bantam.
I'm surprised by that, but that's great. Cubalayas are very attractive. He does look a little different in body type from OEGB.Cackle Hatchery, Stromberg Hatchery, and Purely Poultry sell them.
