I think with cat bites, Baytril is what most vets suggest. Is a vet an option?

No, for a chick this size, liquid is needed. Ordering it will take too long, which is why I asked if a vet is an option. Is this the Bayril you are talking about @casportpony? https://www.chewy.com/baytril-enrofloxacin-taste-tabs-dogs/dp/173172

This happened to day?No, there are no vets local to me that see chickens. I was able to get penicillin at my local feed store, will that work?

I would make sure to clean her wounds well and apply triple antibiotic ointment.
It sounds like she's been in shock and just now starting to perk up a bit. Keep getting a small amount of fluids into her every hour or so.
Personally, if you are worried about infection, then yes, I would use Procaine Penicillin if that's all I could get. I worry that she's so tiny. Procaine Penicillin is administer by injection.
Dose is 100mg/kg injected once a day for 3-5 days. Alternate sides every day.
If you have not purchased the Injectable Penicillin, take a look at your TSC and see if they have Fish Pen (Penicillin tablets) or Fish Mox (Amoxicillin), I would prefer Amoxicillin if that's available. If you have a place that is not a "chain pet store" that sells exotic fish check with them to see if they have Fish Mox.
If this just happened, you have a good chance to just keep the wounds well tended and may not even need antibiotics, but it's a good idea to have something on hand or on the way.
Just my 2¢
