bantam chick hatch help

One of my bantam chicks hatched... but there appears to be some blood from the egg and some blood on the back of the chick.... chick has come out of the shell without any intervention is moving and making noise..... is he going to make it or is that normal.... first time incubating.

The chick may sometimes accidentally rupture a small blood vessel in the membrane during the hatching process. As long as it's didn't lose a lot of blood or is bleeding from it's navel it should be o.k.
