Bantam chick not growing?

I bought a few bantam chicks a few weeks ago and they are doing fine and growing normally except for one. He's about the size of a mouse and he's stayed the same size these few weeks. He's doesn't seem sickly but he is tired a lot. Is there something I could do to help him out?

Have you tried the Bovidr Labs NutriDrench stuff suggested in another post about a weak chick? I'm sure the poster will repost the information here too but from the previous post it sounds like pretty awesome stuff. It's a supplement that you can administer directly and add to water.
