I've got 3 bantam chicks from TSC and was wondering if they are slow growers? They are not quite the size as a standard chick. Will I be able to tell their sex? Roos comb or no comb. I'm thinking I have cornish rock bantams. they are a cream color.

Just think of them as mini chickens. Not any slower but stay smaller.

One of my bantams is almost the same size as my standard chicks. Enough so that i wonder if she really is a bantam. She's also ahead of everyone developmentally though.

Think of them as small dogs they never really get big!.

They will feather at the same rate as must of the larger hens (most of the bantams anyway). They just arent going to be over a certian weight range. which means you can have more of them [IMG]
