Hello, just came across this thread. Most of my Silkies are Chinese white, original bloodline, which are more around medium-standard sized, I only have a few that classify as bantams.
Here's one of my bantam Silkies compared to standard silkies. They're 13-14 weeks old in these photos.View attachment 1930690 View attachment 1930691 The bantam silkie is on the far left.
Definitely a huge difference in size..Very pretty...

So many Bantams I like ...
I want so many breeds I see but can't find them locally. :idunno
I know of a Man with Bantams but I'm thinking most are pure Mutts and not the real breeds he is saying they are.:hmm
Hmmm? Might be my winter project? Trying to locate Bantams or eggs I want in the spring...:idunno
