I did mostly with Largefowl chickens... and quail...Anyone else notice with chickens that's all good till hell breaks loose in a flock and it can happen as quickly as turning on a light switch?
I'm not having anything going on thank the Lord but just wondering anyone's experienced that?

Awesome....Love the little bitty bantam babies.I hatched nothing but bantams this year, including my own Silkie mixes, but I also have two LF Easter-egger pullets that I bought to add to the brood because I wanted more blue / green eggers and I was sure all my hatchling EE mixes were cockerels... I was wrong, but at the time I was sure.
This li'l stinker fooled me because she came out of the egg with a HUUUUGE comb. She's a Silkie x EE cross, but she definitely got her size from her Silkie side.
