Bantam chickens

I have 3 bantam hens that are about 1 1/2 yrs old, out of the 3 hens I am getting 1 maybe 2 eggs per week from them. Any suggestions?

When did they begin laying? What do you feed them? Include everything that goes into their beaks. Have you checked for external parasites? How about worming? How much direct sunlight do they get each day?

Hens need fourteen to sixteen house of light daily to continue producing eggs. Do you have a small light on a timer in their coop?
And all the other issues @azygous mentioned.

They are free feed laying pellets, plenty of sunlight and I have 13 buff and lavender hens that are younger than the bantams and they lay most everyday.

I don’t know. Just mixed breed I’m guessing.

The game type bantams tend to be poor layers, as are Silkies. Right now our Belgian d'Uccles aren't laying enough to notice, and our bantam EES are producing lots of eggs.
