Male. Re-home. Or try a rooster crow collar if it is the noise you are concerned about. They actually work pretty well when you get them set right. Bantam Cochin roosters are typically nice.

Mottled bantam cochin rooster. I would look for a home for him right away, he could crow at 2 months old. I am already looking for a home for mine and they haven't even hatched yet (I ordered 6 bantams)
