Bantam Cochin Gender

I know that my chick is young but based on the illustrations I have seen about Cochin development, I really thought my two Cochins were female. This one is about 19 days old now and has wattles that appear to have red/pink color to them. Is this most likely a rooster?

I don't look at the wattles in little cochin chicks, but i do look at the comb. This one starts over the nostrils.. which has been the case in all of my males.
