I have fallen in love with bantam Cochins, so welcome to my show and tell!
If you have bantam Cochins or want some and need information, please stop by!
From front to back: Holly, pullet, Hylia, pullet, and Red, cockerel, my snuggle baby!

Here are some more photos!

Hylia, who loves her picture taken! A real supermodel! And red photobombing her!
I love this picture, glad I could catch both of them!
IMG_4894.jpg

The three of them just enjoying some downtime!
Hylia really resembles her namesake! Look at how she glows!
I will stop here, sadly... But what's one more!

Hylia, who I hope will be the mother of... Belgian Cochins!
A hybrid I want to try out!

They are so freaking cute! I love Cochins -- they're like waddling dust bunnies!
Trying to breed chickens sounds like a lot of fun. I blindly hatched a couple of my Porcelain Booted Bantam hen's eggs earlier in the year, and they turned out to be crossed with my brown OEGB rooster. The two chicks are now pretty much adults, and they are beautiful!

Can i see, it is a show and tell anyway?
We just need them to start laying and depending on if we have a broody...

Thanks, his tail is like a cottonball! we have always had mainly big chooks, but it started when our cousin couldn't keep her two roosters, due to where they live, so they gave us a silkie and the D' Anver, and the D'anver turned out to be a nasty little chicken, and we hardly go in the pen because of it.

Of course!
(The two chicks are named after fairy tale witches, but that's just because I like the names -- I'm not at all interested in Wicca.)
The older one, Baba Yaga, is on the right, while her younger-by-a-day sister, Frau Pfefferkuchenhaus is on the left:

They look a little small, even for bantams, are they young in that photo?
