Hylia, who loves her picture taken! A real supermodel! And red photobombing her!
I love this picture, glad I could catch both of them!

The three of them just enjoying some downtime!
Hylia really resembles her namesake! Look at how she glows!
I will stop here, sadly... But what's one more!

Hylia, who I hope will be the mother of... Belgian Cochins!
A hybrid I want to try out!
So freaking cute!!!!!!

I have 5 bantams ...
I have a question?
I have 4 week old bantams and it’s been 70-75 in Austin during day when I put them out in a enclosed run during the day.
Do bantams seem a little more effected by cooler temps when they are this young?
75 is the lowest temp I have them out in

I have GLW hen, And I love the color!
Such beautiful Cochins! Are they the only hens?
Do you use an incubator?
I want to get a couple GLW next year. I have a mix of 13 hens (full sized LO, EE, BO, BSL and bantam Cochin and silkie) and 3 roos (lavender orpington Marco Polo, Peter Pan, and a black silkie bantam Razzle)
I'm hoping they go broody, I don't have an incubator (YET)

The black and white one looks like a boy, and a handsome one!
we live in the PNW and it gets very cold, but for being in Austin, maybe try setting up a fan.

Same here with the broody hens, had many this year!
Such a beautiful flock and the lavender rooster is quite the stunner!
