He looks like a blue partridge. He's not a brown red mille fleur. Those barred feathers on his wings will change colors as he gets older.

OH, how I wish I knew where my camera was!! I think my 2 yr. old found it and lost it because I can't find it anywhere!

The most beautiful little hen I have came from your eggs I hatched. SHe is half lavender and the head and collar part of her is a peachy orangy color. She is simply GORGEOUS! And so sweet too, she loves to be held.

You told me when they first hatched she was a 'partridge' color.....She kind of resembles that chicken in your pic.
As soon as I find my camera, I will take pics of her.
