Bantam Cornish, anyone?

I got a sick roo with an eye swollen shut and kind of crusty for lack of better words. does anyone know of any cause for this and perhaps a remedy ?

Biff my dark cornish roo. Sadly I lost his mate to stray dogs this winter. Lost about 10now I without mating pairs except for my blue laced reds. If anyone knows of a Cornish breeder in the Louisville Ky, Southern. In area i would appreciate their contact info. just pm me. Thanks
