For future reference, necropsy pictures are always welcome here and there are several people who are willing to look at them and give opinions based on their own experience. Just label the post 'necropsy pictures' so people know what they are going to see. Seeing organs and possible issues in place, and then again when removed from the body can be helpful. Also having something for scale in the pictures, like a coin, can also be helpful. Some things can be very obvious, sometimes, as with some virus's, it can be less obvious or require lab tests to know for sure.
