I went to the chicken sale today. I go about 3 times a year if that, to take extra roosters, and mixed chickens that get out and fornacate with there neighbor, LOL, but I just was shocked at $100-$200 goats, LOL, last time I went goats were $20-$50, and then chickens OMG, there was enough roosters to start a KFC, and biddies, OMG, Mt. Healthy boxes of 100 biddies, there was 25 boxes, plus all the biddies folks had hatched, OMG, they sold them hatchery biddies 10 cents each for the box of 100, and chickens, nice fat chickens $5 each, it was chicken run over day there, so, I sold my biddies and chickens, brought my blue slate turkey hen back home I NO SALED her, tried to give me $10, yeah what ever, LOL, but then you guys, I could not resist, I turn around and spent my money, LOL, on RABBITS, I bought a rabbit pink eye white humoungous buck for $4, a humoungous Black doe $4, two cute adorable ones $3 each, and two more adorbale ones $3 each then a white buck with a black ring around its eyes for $4, my husband said OMG Linda Sue, what in the world, we got rid off all those lion heads and snow drawfs year before last because you were tired of fooling with them, LOL, I said, but its mothers day, that made it all right, LOL, well baby put them in your extra pens I built for your call ducks that are shipping next week, and I will figure out something, I said oh thank you baby, kiss, kiss, kissses, I love you so much, yeah I know, LOL O that was my adventrous day, how about you alls???

going to get this thread to the top again..... hope everyone is having luck hatching call ducklings this year. We have been hatching slow, but steady.

I have two hens setting on eggs, but even tho I thought about it, I haven't put any in the incubator.

hang on LOL, let me go take some updated pictures brb in just a bit, woooohoooo you go Mrs. Turbo, been wondering when we were all going to start blogging again, I sure miss the tips and talks we all shared, okay let me go get pictures woooohooo I hatched I think 6 so far got bunch in bator, and Whites 2-hens setting on about 16, Black East Indies 2-hens setting on about 25, my Darryl Sherew (how every you spell it LOL) one hen setting on 3 eggs, and I put about 2 dozen plus under a broody buff orphington, bought me 2 Silkie hens, pair of Molted cochin, then hatched a pair of white cochin to get me some broody chickens, Brandy my girl friend out of Statesboro she bought calls from me and had just terrible incubator hatches, dumped whole incubator several times, then she wised up and took advice to let the ducks set or broody hens and she has hatched about 20 now with this method, so we got it going on down in South Georgia now, LOL, brb with pictures

Dang it going to have to wait on the pictures, LOL, Glen Stevens called he is in tight for some cash his wife had some cyst drain and contracted Staph, and is wanting to sell his white bantam cochins they won 3rd place in nationals in Ga. and his Blue frizzles, I am headed I recand to buy them, I don't need them, I need them like I need another whole in my BUTT lol, will take pictures of them and the baby calls and my 2 baby goose hatching when I get back so see shortly everybody, brb Mrs. Turbo LOL
