bantam ducks?

hehe No, it's fine. Some of these should hatch out, surely!

I used to keep my chicks and ducklings together, but the ducklings get pretty wet and messy and the chicks can get chilled easily so I stopped.

Once they get older, I don't mind doing it for a bit, but you have to be very careful once you put a pond in so that the chicks/chickens don't get in there and drown. I had them together as full growns and they were fine, but I did lose a few started chicks and learned that lesson the hard way.

Asher, if you see this, my only Aussie hen (hatched from your ducks' eggs last Spring) hatched out 8 babies 3 days ago. They are so little and adorable! Look in the "ducks" section around p. 3 or 4 to see my thread/pics of them. There are dark ones, medium ones and an all yellow light one. We are in love!
