Bantam frizzle gender?

Questioning my frizzle bantams gender. It’s 5 weeks old. Thought it was a hen, now I’m not so sure. Including a pic of my 9 week old frizzle bantam hen as well.

Definitely a cockerel with that much color at 5 weeks. Adorable one too!

Ah crap! And sorry neither one are “hens” this I know. Pullet. But crap, this makes the 5th cockerel in this group. 4 are bantams & 1 is a light Brahma that I actually wanted. So now I only have 7 pullets for them, 2 bantams and the rest, regular. Am I screwed?
