Bantam identification

Wondering if anyone could help me identify some of my bantams. They are currently 15 weeks old.

Where did you get them?

1 Buff Orpington bantam
2 old English game Bantams.
1 Wheaten Japanese bantam.

Your little solid black female... does she have red ears? She looks ALOT like a Japanese Black Bantam to me.
Conversely, your last little guy also looks like he is in the Japanese Bantam family. Maybe a dark tailed buff?
