I have a nursery customer that has offered to sell me some of his bantams. They are nice healthy birds as I have bought regular hens and some spitzhauben from him in the past so quality is not an issue.
He has Millie Fleur (sp) 4hens/1roo
Silver penciled Cochin 5/1
Blue OE pair...looks show quality with 5 chicks
Dutch Blue OE pair...beautiful birds
Plus 24 chicks...fleur...Cochin...and red Phoenix chicks
Are these good stock...are the blues good to have...the Cochin are nice and the fleurs are pretty...
About how much should I pay are they comparable in price to standard hens?
I know this is a ton of questions and basically I want them for my twins plus for my nursery customers to see along with the kois and beehives.
I also will probably sell some chicks later as each group has hatched off already this year and they are proven...
Not a big deal...can get them at a reasonable price...he is asking $10ea on the fleurs and Cochin...$30pr on the blues with 5 chivks. And $1 ra on the extra chicks and they are 4-8 weeks old.
