He is very pretty.

This is "Baby Mimi" - we were new to chickens and hoped he would turn out as a she. My daughter fell in love with him the day we brought him home at 2 days old. They were inseparable--unfortunately an owl got him when he was about 5 months old-haven't had another like him since.

He looks just like one of the little ones we had. Ours also was a roo and we was hoping for a hen. Mine was about 3 1/2 months old when I turned him out with the other chickens and a big black snake ate him. He was my kids favorite also. The pics you have of him are wonderful. Your little girl is beautiful also.

Name: Hamlet
Breed: Golden Sebright
Age: Near 4 months

Hamlet is my DH's chicken, but I am entering him. This is a sweet little chicken, but he is a chicken chicken....LOL
He is afraid of the camera, so it is very hard to get a great picture of him

As a baby:

Now....He is right around 4 months:

Please excuse the pic quality, as all i have is my camera on my cell phone, and he will not stand still. I had to adjust the brightness because it's raining here today, so there was very low light in the coop

He is very friendly and likes petting, but not big on being held
