ooohing and aaaahing still.... What gorgeous photos, each with its own unique siren call ... I add my voice to the chorus: "get them copyrighted!" Thanks so much for sharing them with us! Your place looks like a fantasy land! (still trying to not covet your pond, though... we don't have one -- yet
) I'd never heard of Barbie Doe sheep, but they're absolutely charming! Do they stay fairly small, and are they demanding/difficult to house & care for?
She doesn't have to get them copyrighted. They are automatically copyrighted as soon as she creates them. However the copyrights could be registered as bona fide proof should the issue ever come up as to ownership of the pieces, but it's not free. I'm unable to tell if they can be copyrighted as a group or would need to be done individually (US Copyright Office .) It seems to be $35 to do it online, which is reasonable for a group, not so much so if it must be done for each piece.
You're just up the road a bit from me, BTW. I'm at the edge of Chalkville

Barbie Doe are also called another name, but I can't remember. They don't have to be sheared. They're normal in size and very sweet. I have fallen in love with them. The two older girls are pregnant now and I'm so excited to deliver our first born lambs to the farm. They just run in a pen and don't require shelter. Very easy to care for and wonderful pets. Our chickens and ducks eat with them in the mornings and they all get along!
This is not my place, but I sure admire it during my drive into town:
